Hello!
My name is Jia Yee ( jay∙ee ) and I have over 10 years of experience working in the apparel industry from development through to production, with a focus on Womens Wovens.
I spent the bulk of my career as the Director of Production and Design at Kordal Studio, a small business that I helped grow by implementing data-driven insights and strategies for product development, site merchandising, and marketing. I also owned the development and production of Woven apparel, expanding category offerings and designing the top 3 highest selling products in the brand’s history, in addition to playing a key role in the build-out of the first physical store, establishing retail and operational SOPs and managing Shopify CMS/POS platforms.
Currently I am the Ready-to-Wear Development Manager at Proenza Schouler, owning the development of all international samples for Runway and Commercial Mainline collections.
